The oxygen tank does not require electricity to run. If your child is on an apnea monitor, obviously the electricity is an issue. Another place to contact is your local ambulance/fire service. In case of an emergency (especially if your child is on a vent at home) you'd want them to know exactly where you live and how to care for your child.
