A Refill of Chocolate Mocha Perhaps?
Last week's Fiber One Spa Basket giveaway was rather popular- looks like a lot of you enjoy yummy products that sneak more fiber into your diet (and also bath products).
Happily, I have another one to give away this week!
I was so excited to receive my Fiber One Chocolate Mocha Chewy Bars Spa Break gift basket. Included was: a sample of the new snack bars, a bath pillow, chocolate scented soap, lotion (which smells like HEAVEN), bath salts, and a coffee scented candle.
My 4-year old son and I happily devoured those Fiber One Chocolate Mocha Chewy Bars. They had such a great combination of chocolate and coffee flavors blended in- two of my favorite things! These quickly became my "go-to" snack for right before my daily 4:00 pm treadmill work-out. Perfect!
To learn some more great fiber facts and to find out if you and your family are currently getting enough fiber (because most people are NOT), go here.
Would you like another chance to win one of these yummy, indulgent baskets?

I buy high fiber crackers and put them in a zip bag. My boys love them, but if they read what they were, they wouldn't eat them! :)
I am a total fan of fiber! I buy the white bread made with whole grains and my twins (and husband) don't know the difference.
Hmm well I suppose I substitute whole wheat flour in a lot of baking. As well (not very sneaky) but we eat a lot of oatmeal around here.
I make almost all of our bread products with at least 1/2 whole wheat. We're also eating more beans. The kids love fresh fruits and veggies, so that helps too!
Love yogurt wwith fiber-kids never know
WE eat lots of Vegetables. I'm not sure we sneak 'em in, but Hubby eats alot of fruit and they have tons of fiber too!
I'm a vegetarian, so it's not really too hard!!!

I add black beans to our ground beef tacos and cannelini or great northern beans to our chicken enchiladas.

I serve high fiber bread to my family. My children don't know the difference when they have their PB&J :)

I make a lot of things with oatmeal - my hubby thinks everything is so yummy he doesn't even stop to think that it is good for him :)

We have oatmeal in the morning and sometimes add wheat germ or flaxseed meal into it. Thanks!

We buy wholegrain products (bread, pasta, cookies, etc) whenever possible.
Winning this would be awesome, thank you for a chance! :)
I leave the peels on our potatoes! I also use half whole wheat (or more) in our baking.
I make all of our bread and use part whole wheat. I also like to make baked oatmeal and oatmeal bars. It tastes good, so it's not hard to get the crew to eat it.

I have two servings of the original FiberOne cereal each morning (that one cup). It fills me all morning and gives me the majority of my fiber needs for the day. It also gives me added energy.
Fruit, lots of fruit. And Fiber One Pancake mix!
My family consumes whole grains like they're going out of style, but for that extra kick, I add wheat germ and other fiber boosters to our homemade bread foods (which are primarily whole wheat flour already!).
Thanks for this opportuniy to win!
Blessings!

Whole wheat flour - I add at least 1/3 whole wheat flour to pretty much anything I bake.
Fiber Yogurt! My kids love it, but I don't care to much for it.

I use half a box of the fiber one noodle looking cereal, 1 bag of chocolate chips (melted), and 1/4 c raisins, mix it together and make 40 1 T drop cookies. They are a weight watcher 1 pt. recipe, delicious and everyone loves them.
I am all about beans and vegetables. We eat them all the time.

We use lots of whole grains for cooking and I also mix Benefiber into my daughter's drink so she can eat cheese at will. :-)
My family will eat almost any kind of bean, from black to pinto to white and beyond, so I try to mix them into lots of things that I cook--for example, I make shrimp quesadillas with black or refried beans.
I recently posted a White Bean Salad recipe. We also love bread items so I just make sure they're wheat.
We also have to have our apples in our house.
