Tuesday is our last day of school! While that doesn't mean much in terms of my menu planning, it does mean that most of our mornings can be a little more low-key now. My middle child, who occasionally likes to sleep in a bit (takes after her daddy, that one) can do so now. Just because the schedule gets more lax, doesn't mean my planning does!
